Niquita has experience in all aspects of office administration, and nothing is too big or too small for her to tackle. Prior to taking on this business, she was a support worker and project manager
Niquita has high standards, vast experience and keeps the office running flawlessly.
Niquita’s qualification is a Diploma of Community Service and Development.
She worked as a Community Development officer and Settlement Support worker for more than 10 years before joining Maroondah City Council as a Family Support worker for over 5 years.
Her management, planning, interpersonal and administrative skills will be utilised in her role in the property management business.

Stanley Van Der Merwe
Director, Licensed Real Estate Agent
With 3 years of real estate experience in Townsville.
Stan’s background is in engineering prior to entering real estate. Design engineer and manager in LED lighting, plastics and die-casting. From 1993, Stan worked for the South African Astronomical Observatory, maintaining all aspects of a remote site until 1997, when he commenced designing mechanical parts for scientific instruments.
In 2003, Stan and his family migrated to Australia, where he continued to design mechanical systems and tooling for the automotive industry. From 2011, he worked for Coolon LED Lighting Pty Ltd, where he designed numerous lighting products for the architectural and mining industries. After 10 years at Coolon LED Lighting Pty Ltd in their Research and & Development department as the mechanical engineering manager, Stan has stepped away and decided to try something different.
Learning about property management opened the doors to a great way to make a sea change.
